EU Artificial Intelligence Act

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (2024/1689) aims for AI systems to be safe, transparent, and subject to human oversight.

It obliges providers to manage risks, ensure data traceability, clearly inform users, and implement controls against biases and discrimination.

Depending on the risk category—unacceptable, high, limited, or minimal—it imposes proportional obligations, with an emphasis on accountability and the protection of fundamental rights.

Our AI agents exclusively perform informational and advisory functions, without making automated decisions with legal or significant effects on individuals.

Major AI providers already operate in line with the requirements of European regulation.

By their nature, the AI agents we develop primarily fall into the "minimal" risk category defined by regulations, and in a few cases, into the "limited" risk category. However, the categorization ultimately depends on how the client uses the agent.

Furthermore, large language model providers OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google have published transparency commitments, technical documentation, and responsible use policies in line with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

These providers are actively working to mitigate biases and hallucinations, although they acknowledge that such risks cannot be entirely eliminated.
