Collaboration Models

Subscription Model
You engage us to develop your custom AI agent, paying an upfront fee followed by a monthly subscription under a service agreement. The agent is built using your information, methodology, and criteria; we provide the technical engineering, maintenance, and administration. Improvements or modifications not covered in the initial agreement may incur additional charges. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the service at the end of any month.
AI Agent and Data Control:
- While iAutomator manages certain elements of the agent, it operates exclusively for you without any iAutomator branding, logo, or reference in the interface or other visible components.
- All data handled by the agent is always your property and is processed under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), with measures in place to protect confidentiality and ensure compliance with current legislation.
We tailor our services to your pace.
1. Consultation and diagnosis:
We study the problem and determine if an AI agent is the solution. If so, we analyze which type of agent is most suitable.
2. Design and proposal:
We design the architecture, select providers, and prepare a budget.
3. Technical implementation:
We develop the agent with its data, integrations, and initial configuration.
4. Evaluation and adjustment:
We test the agent and, through an iterative process, optimize prompts, parameters, configurations, etc.
5. Onboarding and deployment:
We facilitate adoption within the organization with minimal disruption and almost no training.
6. Maintenance and support:
We manage updates, monitor performance, and provide support.
Ownership Model
Under this model, we first develop a prototype that allows you to evaluate whether the agent can perform the tasks you require.
If you are satisfied, we will provide you with a pr
- From the moment of the initial payment to iAutomator and delivery, you fully control the agent and its integrations; all components are in your name, and you pay the various invoices.
- You decide what level of access you want us to have, depending on the service level you require. That service level determines the monthly retainer you pay us.
- You won't get caught in vendor lock-in. You can add and remove agent components as technology and your specific needs evolve.

How much will the agent cost?
Each agent is unique and designed for each company; your agent is built according to your specific needs, and the cost depends on several factors:
Functionality: The number and complexity of functions are determining factors.
Documentation: If the information is already organized and in AI-processable formats, the cost is much lower than when it is disorganized, requires preprocessing, or recognition measures.
Internal Integrations: If your systems are modern, they will be easier to connect than legacy systems, which require development and maintenance. Integration is not possible for very old systems.
External Integrations: If a native connection exists, integration is simple; otherwise, it depends on MCP servers or well-documented APIs.
AI Platforms, Tools, and Models: Prices vary depending on the model, platform, and the cost of tools such as specialized databases.
