Subscription plan

You hire us to build your bespoke AI agent, pay an upfront amount and then a monthly subscription under a services agreement. The agent is built on your information, your methodology and your criteria; we provide engineering, maintenance and admin

Improvements or changes not covered by the initial agreement may incur additional charges

If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the service at the end of any month

Control of the AI agent and the data:

  • Although iAutomator manages certain parts of the agent, it works exclusively for you, with no iAutomator brand, logo or reference in the interface or in any other visible component
  • All the data the agent handles is yours, always, and is processed under a data-processing agreement (DPA), with measures in place to protect confidentiality and support compliance with current law
Sequence of project phases:
1. Consultation and diagnosis:

We study the problem and determine whether an AI agent is the solution. If it is, we work out which type of agent fits best.

2. Design and proposal:

We design the architecture, select providers and prepare a quote.

3. Technical implementation:

We build the agent with its data, integrations and initial configuration.

4. Evaluation and tuning:

We test the agent and, through an iterative process, optimise prompts, parameters, configurations and so on.

5. Onboarding and deployment:

We ease adoption within the organisation, with little disruption and almost no training.

6. Maintenance and support:

We manage updates, monitor performance and provide support.

Ownership plan

Under this model, we first build a prototype so you can assess whether the agent can perform the tasks you need.
If you are satisfied, we will then send you a detailed proposal

  • From the time of the initial payment and delivery, you have full control of the agent and its integrations; all components are under your name and you pay the bills
  • You decide what level of access we have, depending on the level of service you need. That level of service determines the monthly retainer you pay us.
  • You are not captive to vendor lock-in. You add and remove the agent's components as technology and your specific needs evolve
How much will the agent cost?

We do not build one-size-fits-all agents. At iAutomator every agent is unique and designed for each company; your agent is built to your specific needs and the cost depends on several factors:

Functionality: the number and complexity of the functions is decisive

Documentation: if the information is already organised and in formats the AI can process easily, the cost is far lower than when it is disorganised, needs pre-processing or requires recognition measures

Internal integrations: if your systems are modern they will be easier to connect than legacy ones, which demand development and maintenance. With very old systems, integration is not possible

External integrations: if there is a native connection or an MCP server, integration is easy. Otherwise we depend on API connections and the quality of their documentation

Platforms, tools and models: prices vary with the model, the platform and the cost of tools such as specialised databases
